Waiter & Waitress

Motivated waiter experience working in a busy restaurant. Organized individual with excellent customer Service and attention to detail. Able to communicate effectively with a range of different customer in High pressure situations.

The ideal candidate should:

Have at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity in service industry

Must proses a friendly demeanor at all time and perform job requirements with S.E.G
( Smile, Eye Contact, Greeting )

Taking orders and serving guests

Dealing with customer concerns and complaints in an effective way

Assisting with training of new staff key skills

Communicates well with a variety of different people at all levels

Able to work well within team

Able to pick up new processes quickly and efficiently

Able perform shift duties work on weekend and public holidays

 

Bartender

Have at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity in service industry

Must proses a friendly demeanor at all time and perform job requirements with S.E.G

Pleasant and out going personality, responsible and self-driven and customer service oriented

Making a wide range of cocktails

Plan, Prepare serve all beverages including cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverage

Maintain clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment and working area
